A wholesome, hearty loaf, made fully with whole wheat atta while retaining bran and germ, which provides more micronutrients and fibre. It carries subtle nutty, earthy flavours with a satisfying bite.
All our loaves are slowly and naturally fermented, leavened with our 30-year-old sourdough culture — completely yeast-free and crafted the traditional way. With a crisp crust and soft, airy crumb, every bite is packed with flavour, making it perfect for everyday toast, avocado spreads, or simply enjoyed with butter.

Storage & Heating Instructions
• Preferably refrigerate for storage up to 7–9 days.
• For longer storage (up to 1 month): Slice, cling wrap, and FREEZE.
• Toast directly from the freezer or reheat in an oven for a fresh-baked feel.
• Highly recommended: Sprinkle some water on the slice before reheating to rehydrate it and restore a fresh-baked texture. :)
