All our loaves are slowly and naturally fermented, leavened with our 30-year-old Sourdough Culture, completely yeast-free and made the traditional way. With a crisp crust and soft, airy crumb, every bite is packed with flavour.
Ideal for sandwiches, toasts, paired with eggs, or simply enjoyed on its own.
Storage & Heating Instructions
• Store in a cool, dry place wrapped in cling wrap. Preferably, refrigerate it for storage up to 7–9 days.
• For longer storage (up to 1 month): Slice and FREEZE in an airtight container.
• Toast directly from the freezer or reheat in an oven for a fresh-baked feel (highly recommended: sprinkle some water on the slice to rehydrate it :))
